When placing an order with Palinka Store via the website you confirm that the details that you have given when purchasing are true and correct. To be able to purchase from Palinka Store via our website you verify that you are 18 years and over. It is a condition of purchase that you verify that you are 18 years of age or over. Your order will not be processed if you do not confirm that you are 18 years or over.

All orders after 8 am Fridays will be dispatched the next business day. More information about Deliveries can be found on the Delivery Information page.

B Bakosi & S K Varga partnership trading as Palinka Store (ABN 93 257 340 580) collects your personal information when you place an order with Palinka Store. Our Privacy Policy provides details of how Palinka Store collects, uses and discloses your personal information, how you can access your personal information or raise a complaint about the management of your personal information. 

You agree that the address to which we may deliver is the address you gave for delivery as part of your order or any other address we may subsequently agree to accept as the delivery address. Each order may only be sent to one delivery address. If you need to send products to more than one delivery address please place a separate order for each delivery address. 

We will not deliver unless all requested delivery details are given when you place your order.

It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years. 

You agree that we may rely on any person who is at the address you gave for delivery, and who takes receipt of your ordered products, as being authorised for that purpose.

We will not deliver your order if we consider any delivery circumstances are unsuitable for any reason, including because any likely recipient of the ordered products appears to our delivery personnel to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, under the age of 18 years or acting for or on behalf of a person who we consider may be unsuitable to accept delivery for any reason (including because they may be under 18 years).

We may not deliver your order if any of our requests for verification (such as proof of identity or age) are not met.

Palinka Store uses Australia Post as the choice of shipper for its deliveries.

We will endeavour to deliver within the times nominated and paid for by you at the time of your order. You accept the risk that occasionally, due to unforeseen circumstances, deliveries may be delayed.

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, an ‘Article Awaiting’ card will be left in your mailbox. This card will advise the next steps required to obtain delivery of your order. Your order will not be left with persons under the age of 18 years (proof of age may be required).

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. If we are in stock of your items at time of picking, we aim to dispatch your order the next business day. We cannot guarantee or provide a day of the week or time of day for delivery. Palinka Store is not able to accept any requests to delay dispatch of any orders at this time.

Each order may only be sent to one delivery address. If you need to send products to more than one delivery address please place a separate order for each delivery address. Once an order has been completed you are not able to change the delivery address. Please contact us on contact@palinkastore.com.au and if the order has not been processed they may be able to update the delivery address for you.

Damage or Faulty Products

If a product you have purchased from Palinka Store is faulty, damaged (excluding damage caused by misuse), we will refund your money or exchange. 

To make a claim under our damage and faulty returns policy, please contact our Customer Service through the contact page or contact us on contact@palinkastore.com.au  to organise the product to be returned.

We will ask you for a valid proof of purchase when returning a faulty product. Some examples of acceptable proof of purchase are your original receipt, tax invoice, a credit card statement clearly showing your purchase at Palinka Store. If your purchase incurred a delivery fee, then we will also cover the cost of delivery for the return.

Change of Mind Return

Palinka Store happy to exchange for a different product if you have changed your mind on a purchase, provided that the product is:

• returned within 30 days after it has been purchased;
• not opened or damaged, and in a re-saleable condition;
• still in its original packaging (eg. when the product was sold in a carton, the carton must be unopened).

Please also share your proof of purchase with our Customer Service (original receipt, tax invoice or a credit card statement clearly showing your purchase at Palinka Store) when returning a product under the change of mind policy. Please note that the delivery fee incurred will not be refunded if a purchase is returned as part of the change of mind policy.

How to return or exchange?

Please contact our Customer Service through the contact page or contact us via contact@palinkastore.com.au to discuss the available return option options.

In the event that your product has to be returned to our fulfillment centre, please allow 2-3 business days for your refund to be processed after the product has been received.

We may cancel your order before completion of delivery in whole or in part. We will give you reasonable notice of the cancellation by contacting you via text, or email. The circumstances in which we may cancel your order are as follows:

• if any of the ordered products are not available
• if there was any error in the description of any ordered products or their price as advertised by us
• if your order is in breach of any other terms, or contrary to any person’s rights or the law.
• if these terms and conditions (for example under “Delivery pre-conditions” above) provide that we may not deliver your order.

You agree that you cannot make changes to an order after it has been placed. If you wish to cancel your order so that you may place another amended order, please get in touch through our Contact form to confirm whether there is still time to modify or cancel your order.

We accepts the following online forms of payment:

• Stripe (via Woocommerce) – Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Google Pay, Apple Pay

Cash payment available upon only pickup option.

The materials (including all software) and services on this website are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. This includes warranties or merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property. Palinka Store’s obligations with respect to its products and services are governed solely by the agreements under which they are provided and nothing on this website should be construed to alter such agreements.

Palinka Store’s does not warrant the accuracy and completeness of the materials, information or services on this website.

Palinka Store’s may make changes to the materials and services on this website, or to the products and services described in them, at any time without notice. The materials and services on this website may be out of date, and Palinka Store’s makes no commitment to update the materials and services on the website.
